They are seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive adoption, lift internal change maturity, and ensure the program delivers its intended outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead change management activities across the ERP and CRM implementation, including planning, stakeholder engagement, and communications.

Work closely with project teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure alignment and effective delivery.

Build change capability within the organisation, coaching leaders and teams through transition.

Develop and implement strategies to drive adoption and embed new ways of working.

Navigate a relatively low-maturity environment with a pragmatic and outcomes-focused approach.

About You:

Proven experience leading change initiatives within technology transformation programs, ideally including ERP and/or CRM rollouts.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills – confident working across all levels of the organisation and with third-party vendors.

Practical, adaptable and hands-on – able to operate in environments with evolving structures and processes.

Excellent communication and influencing skills with a track record of driving tangible results.
