About the role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be a friendly first point of contact for our clients, directing phone enquiries and responding to emails about our services in a helpful manner. You will also coordinate bookings, perform data entry and appointment processing, and provide administrative support for family dispute resolution, while conducting basic assessments of client service needs as necessary. A high level of customer service is required for this role, along with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism.
This opportunity is located at our Kew centre and is a part-time ongoing position working three (3) days per week, with the expectation that one day per week will be an evening shift. The base salary range is $74k - $76k per annum.
About you
- Office Administration certificate and/or previous experience in a similar administration capacity.
- Competent in Microsoft Office suite and ability to pick up new programs and business systems with ease.
- Experienced in answering high volume inbound calls and delivering high quality customer service.
- High level of confidentiality to ensure client personal and financial information is maintained.
