We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, inspirational Trainer & Assessor to lead the next generation in horticulture, conservation, and construction. 🌱 What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver engaging, hands-on training in Horticulture, Conservation, and Construction

Support learners in the workplace, online, or in the classroom

Conduct assessments using Axiom College resources – with the flexibility to mark from home or in the office

Motivate and mentor individuals to achieve their goals and grow in confidence

Work with our supportive admin team to record activity, track progress, and ensure compliance

Participate in resource reviews and contribute your expertise to enhance learning tools

Undertake professional development to maintain your currency in both VET and industry

Travel between student sites, with some occasional regional QLD travel (fully funded: flights, meals & accommodation)

🧰 What You’ll Need

TAE40122, TAE40116, or TAE40110 + TAELLN411 & TAEASS502 (or equivalents)

A Conservation qualification (Cert III or higher) – additional qualifications in Horticulture, Construction, or Landscaping highly desirable

Practical experience in chainsaw use and chemical handling (Cert required)

Recent industry experience in Conservation & Land Management – Construction/Horticulture a bonus

Current Driver's Licence – regular travel required between student sites and classes
