We are Brisbane leading college in providing training in Aged Care and Disability Courses, we are looking for aged care and community services trainer and assessor. Face to Face and Online

To be successful in this position, you will require to:

Deliver and assess Certificate III in Individual Support

Deliver and assess Certificate IV in Ageing Support

Deliver and assess Diploma of Community Services

Develop and maintain effective teaching methods to engage with students

Mark and grade student assignments, project works and presentation, and advise student on course related issues by responding to their queries

Effectively communicate with students and liaise with industry employers

Motivate students to reach learning outcomes

Participate in development of course material in line with VET compliance requirements

Ensure students ongoing currency and development in the Community Services Industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Certificate III in Individual Support or ; and

Certificate IV in Disability or Certificate IV in Ageing Support

Diploma of Community Services

TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent to

Current First Aid certificate; and

Relevant current vocational experience in the Aged Care environment
