About the role

Foundation Training Australia is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Trainer to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. In this full-time or contract role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality vocational training to aspiring construction professionals, equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the industry.

What you'll be doing

Delivering engaging and informative training sessions on a range of civil construction topics

Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their development

Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements

Contributing to the continuous improvement of the training program through feedback and collaboration with the broader team

What we're looking for

Extensive experience in the civil construction industry, with a strong understanding of the sector's practices and regulations

A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) or willing to get this and a relevant vocational qualification in civil construction

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students of diverse backgrounds

A proven track record of delivering high-quality training, with a focus on practical, hands-on learning

Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
