The role:

This role is purely in Operations Management for Solar. Your main responsibilities are ensuring installations of product are coordinated, liaising with trades, making sure paperwork and administrations is completed, customers are scheduled and that all boxes are ticked.

• Scheduling installations for Solar
• Liaising with trades and coordinating installers
• Organising times with customers for projects
• Assisting in stock and logistics for product
• Making sure trades and communicated with for installs
• Helping engage with new trades and install partners
• Making sure compliance and administration is followed for paperwork
• Liaising with the sales team to ensure orders are completed
• Assisting in the compliance for post installation for STC generation
• Making sure all trades and installs partners are trained and up to speed
• A mix of residential and commercial with more on resi
• Sharing product knowledge by staying on top of changes as well as regulations and requirements

The experience needed:

The experience needed for this role requires you to have knowledge of Solar and understanding operations management and installation coordination.

• Experience in Solar Operations & Installations
• Experience dealing with Trades and Installers for Solar
• Ability to steer strong processes and delivery
• Knowledge of general industry practices expectations
• Ability to work to deadlines and deliverables
• Understanding of post sales processes for successful operations
• Working from the inner Melbourne office location suitable
