Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret architectural and joinery plans with accuracy

Manufacture and assemble custom cabinetry to a high standard

Install joinery on-site with precision and professionalism

Work with a range of materials: polyurethane, laminate, timber veneer, melamine, and MDF

Load and unload materials and finished joinery safely and efficiently

Operate woodworking machinery including CNC, Panel Saw, Edge Bander, etc.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace

Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently when required

Solve problems proactively and uphold the highest standards of workmanship

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Trade qualification in Cabinet Making or Joinery (Cert III or equivalent)

Proven experience in manufacturing and installing custom joinery (residential and/or commercial)

Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to manage time, take initiative, and meet deadlines

Confidence in using tools and machinery safely and independently

A proactive and solutions-focused mindset

A valid driver’s license
