Are you a hands-on leader with a strong background in joinery or cabinet making and ready to take the next step in your career? We're on the lookout for an experienced Manufacturing Leading Hand Supervisor to lead a team of 6 in a growing, fast-paced production environment based in Auburn.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supervising and motivating a production team of 6
• Managing daily and weekly production schedules
• Overseeing inventory and stock levels
• Maintaining quality standards across all manufactured products
• Ensuring a safe work environment and adherence to WHS regulations
• Training and upskilling new and existing staff
• Acting as the communication bridge between your team and management
• Troubleshooting issues relating to equipment, personnel, and workflow

What You Bring:

• Hands-on experience in Joinery, Carpentry or Cabinet Making
• Able to use power tools, cut to measure items
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Experience using MYOB and general computer literacy
• A proactive and solution-focused mindset
• A strong sense of accountability and pride in team performance
