The Role
Reporting to Head of FP&A, the role will support the development and execution of the organisations strategy through providing sound revenue and operational business analysis. My client has recently purchased a large competitor and this role will help deliver the integration of both organisations. You will work with the exec and external advisors to deliver improved systems, execute the integration roadmap and help deliver change to current operating structure to ensure the organization is able to scale further via future acquisitions.

You will be required to business partnering with the CFO, GM Finance, GM Strategy and a number of other senior decision makers and provide critical insights and influence commercial outcomes. Specifically, your role will include:

• Prepare and communicate ongoing performance and board reporting.
• Provide extensive business and industry analysis to deliver insights that assist in developing and executing a range of strategies that contribute to the achievement of organisational goals.
• Responsibility for the preparation of the annual budget and regular forecasting for assigned Programs.
• Design system roadmap, assist in delivering system integration and optimization to improve configuration and functionality
• Work with external advisory firms to simplify the organsiations structure and work with audit, tax and legal divisions to deliver this.
• Ad hoc analysis, project planning and execution

The Person
You are high energy and commercially focused individual who is committed to making a difference and driving improved outcomes for the organisation you work for. Ideally applicants will have a proven background in technically focused accounting roles who have then broadened their experience into commercial FBP roles which had a strong business partnering requirement. With intermediate to advanced excel skills, your interpersonal and communication skills are first class, allowing you to gain the confidence of and develop strong professional relationships with those both above and below you in the organisational structure.

Please note - this role is initially starting as a 18 month Fixed Term Contract with a clear view to a permanent position.
