We are seeking a compassionate, proactive, and organised Injury Management & Return to Work Support to join our dynamic Work Health & Safety (WHS) Team. This vital role supports all aspects of injury management and return to work (RTW) functions, ensuring adherence to legal and organisational policies.

Reporting to the Injury Management and Return to Work Coordinator, you will assist with early intervention, data management, case coordination and reporting. You’ll work closely with employees, managers, and external service providers to support injured workers in returning to work safely, promptly, and sustainably. Respect has recently implemented Solv, an injury management software. Experience with this application is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the administration of injury management programs.
  • Accurately maintain and update information in the HSI Solv database.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure up-to-date injury records.
  • Ensure injury documentation and reporting meet legal and organisational standards.
  • Assist with early intervention and RTW planning and administrative tasks.
  • Support RTW coordination activities under the guidance of the RTW Coordinator.
  • Generate timely and accurate reports as requested.
  • Maintain compliance with statutory reporting requirements and internal policies.

What You Will Need:

  • A current driver’s licence (essential).
  • Qualification in Injury Management or RTW Coordination (desirable).
  • Ability to travel to facilities from time to time when required.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within aged care, healthcare, or high-risk industries.
  • Knowledge of Australian workers’ compensation laws and RTW legislation (desirable).
  • Experience working directly with injured employees (desirable).
  • Demonstrated customer service experience and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in injury or claims management systems, preferably HSI-Solv.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
  • Empathetic and employee-focused, with a strong commitment to health and wellbeing.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and solution-focused in challenging situations.
