What You'll Be Responsible For:

Leading by example to create a high-performing, customer-first team culture

Driving KPIs, sales performance, and operational excellence

Managing stock levels and visual merchandising to brand standards

Creating a smooth and engaging customer experience every day

Identifying growth opportunities and coaching your team for success

Ensuring compliance with all store procedures and safety requirements

Maintaining a well-organised, fast-paced, and hands-on store environment

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience managing a busy retail store, ideally in fashion, travel, or lifestyle products

A confident, energetic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Strong organisational and time management skills

A passion for customer service and leading by example on the shop floor

A proactive coach and mentor with a growth mindset

Physically fit and comfortable handling stock and visual set-ups

A genuine interest in fashion, accessories, and staying ahead of the latest trends
