Your new role

Seeking a Site Foreman with strong structural experience to manage the structure phase of high-rise residential builds valued from $200M+. You'll coordinate trades, enforce safety, and keep the program on track.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience as a Site Foreman in residential construction
• Strong structural knowledge - high-rise experience preferred
• Ability to read structural drawings and manage site teams
• Trade background or relevant qualifications
• 5+ years' experience ideal, but less considered if structure skills are strong
