General Construction Foreman – Sydney

This is a pivotal role, focused on overseeing general site activities and ensuring efficient, high-standard project delivery.

Backed by a team of in-house architects, designers, and project managers, they are committed to exceptional standards of quality and craftsmanship throughout every stage of the property lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising construction crews and subcontractors

Monitoring site safety and ensuring compliance with NSW regulations

Coordinating materials, tools, and timelines

Opening the job site and briefing labourers on daily tasks

Managing material deliveries and conducting quality control checks

Acting as the primary point of contact between crews and upper management

Communicating with clients, engineers, and site managers about progress and any delays

Troubleshooting issues as they arise on-site

Overseeing daily on-site activities and ensuring the crew’s work meets standards

The General Foreman serves as the critical link between on-site activities and overall project progress, keeping site managers and project managers informed about project status, material quality, and equipment breakdowns. This role is essential to keeping tasks on track and maintaining momentum on-site.
