Project Manager – Concrete Works
Location: Henderson, Perth | Full-Time | Immediate Start Available

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a sharp eye for estimating and a passion for delivering high-quality civil and concrete works? We’re working on behalf of a respected multi-disciplinary engineering company specialising in Steel, Piping, Civil, and Concrete, delivering projects across various industries including mining, resources, water distribution, infrastructure, and commercial buildings.
As part of a strategic growth phase, they are seeking a Project Manager to be a part of the concreting and civil division with the potential to head up the division as the role progresses.

The Role
In this dynamic and hands-on position, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and managing concrete works projects from estimation through to completion
• Preparing accurate and competitive estimates for concrete-related works
• Overseeing day-to-day operations and project delivery across multiple job sites
• Scheduling, budgeting, and coordination
• Managing and mentoring a supporting the team
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both the office and site side of project delivery and is ready to step into a leadership role within the concreting division.

About You
We’re looking for someone with:

• Industry knowledge in civil construction or concrete works
• Strong estimating skills
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• A background in either trades (e.g., concreting, site management) or engineering (civil, structural)

Concreting experience is highly regarded, but not essential – the right person will bring strong construction knowledge and the drive to lead a growing division.
