We’re seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to play a key role in a major transformation initiative that will reshape our clients pricing strategy.

This high-impact program aims to move beyond traditional RBD-based pricing, implementing a modern, intelligent, and data-driven approach that enables
continuous pricing and improved customer segmentation—ultimately driving sustainable revenue growth.

As the Solution Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of a next-generation pricing platform. You'll collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure the technical architecture aligns seamlessly with business strategy and future growth objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the architectural design for a modern, continuous pricing platform to replace legacy systems.
• Develop and champion intelligent pricing models that are dynamic, scalable, and customer-centric.
• Align cross-functional teams, ensuring cohesive technical direction across product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Drive architectural consistency, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise standards and strategic objectives.
• Influence at the highest levels, regularly presenting architectural updates and recommendations to SteerCo and senior leadership.
• Support data-driven customer segmentation, ensuring the solution architecture enables personalisation and revenue optimisation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect on complex, enterprise-level transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of pricing strategy, particularly in customer-focused or retail environments.
• Strong track record of cross-team leadership and stakeholder engagement at all levels, including executive steering committees.
• Proven ability to navigate enterprise complexity, balancing technical and business priorities effectively.
• Solid grasp of modern architectural patterns and best practices, including microservices, event-driven design, and cloud-native solutions.
