Digital Marketing Contractor (Part-Time, Junior to Mid-Level)

Location: Warriewood, NSW (Coworking Office + Some Remote)
Hours: ~10 hours/week (opportunity to increase)

We’re a small digital marketing consultancy on a mission to deliver strategic solutions that drive real results. We have only existed for 18 months but have grown every month. Because of this, we are now looking for a junior to mid-level digital marketing contractor to support our work across Meta and Google Ads. The focus of the role is on executing briefs, optimising campaigns, and reporting on performance.

This role is not client-facing to start with, but there is room to grow into that responsibility over time.

What You’ll Do

Execute campaign briefs across Meta Ads and Google Ads

Optimise campaigns to deliver on clear KPIs

Report on performance using our internal templates

Work primarily from our Warriewood co-working space, with some flexibility to work remotely

What You’ll Need

Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopfiy and GA4

Good grasp of performance marketing and media buying basics

Ability to work independently, stay organised, and communicate clearly

A mindset focused on results and continuous improvement
