About the Role

We are seeking two highly motivated Reach Stacker Operators to join our team at Intermodal Group, based in Kenwick. These are permanent, full-time Monday to Friday positions, with opportunities available for one morning and one afternoon shift.

As a Reach Stacker Operator, you will be responsible for container movements in a high-volume, high-turnover rail terminal, servicing up to 3 trains daily, alongside numerous truck container operations. This role requires proficiency in operating heavy forklifts and reach stackers, ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe handling of containers.

Our terminal operates 5am to 12am with rostered weekends, requiring dedication to a structured schedule and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

You will need the ability to:

· Operate 45T Reach Stackers and other heavy forklifts efficiently and safely.

· Work unsupervised while completing tasks in a timely manner.

· Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a high-turnover rail terminal.

· Maintain accurate records of container movements using iPads and our operating system.

· Adapt to a fast-paced environment, ensuring precision and safety at all times.

· Follow safety regulations and contribute to a safe working culture.

What You Will Bring

· A valid Reach Stacker (RS) ticket.

· Basic computer skills for logging container movements.

· Ability to work within a structured roster, including weekends.

· A willingness to learn and adapt to evolving terminal operations.

· Reliable transport for commuting to the Kenwick terminal.
