We currently have an opportunity for a reliable, committed, and experienced Heavy Forklift Operator to join our established team in Hope Valley, WA. This is a hands-on role, ideally suited for someone who thrives in a team environment, enjoys variety, and brings a strong focus on safety.

What You Will Do
Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will work as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team to support the safe and efficient movement of large modular components around site using high-capacity forklifts.

To be considered, you must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience operating large forklifts of 25 tonnes or greater.

More specifically, you will:

Operate heavy forklifts to relocate and position modular buildings and large materials

Perform high-risk movements in a safe and controlled manner

Navigate the dispatch system using technology such as iPads (training provided if needed)

Participate in daily housekeeping and general site support

Coach and guide other forklift drivers when needed

Take direction from supervisors and contribute positively to the team

What You Will Bring
We’re looking for someone who shares our values of safety, collaboration, and accountability. To hit the ground running, you will bring:

Minimum 3 years’ experience operating 25t+ forklifts (Essential)

Current Forklift Licence and valid Driver’s Licence

Construction Induction White Card

A strong safety focus with a willingness to coach others

Confidence using technology, such as iPads or digital dispatch systems

A team-first attitude – works well with others and takes direction

Physical capability to assist with manual labour where required

Excellent reliability and work ethic

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment
