Office Manager / Marketing / Bid Coordinator.
Our client is one of Australia's most well renowned builders. Long Established, cash rich and with an excellent reputation of building major commercial projects such as Schools, Hospitals, Data Centres and Residential Apartments across Australia.
The crux of this position is to manage the day to day operations of their Sydney head quarters. In this position you will play an integral member of the team. The position offers diversity and combines Office Management, Marketing, EA Support and basic HR Admin.
We are seeking an organized, self motivated and autonomous individual who will thrive in an environment where no one day will be the same.
Your duties and responsibilities will entail components of but not limited to:
Day to day - Office Management
Assisting marketing with preparation of proposals/tenders/bids
Formatting & creating documents using Word & Adobe
First point of contact for clients, employees, and external stakeholders
Diary and Travel Management
Sales & Marketing support
Event Coordination - Team & Project lunches
Human Resources administration onboarding & offboarding
Maintaining asset registers
Office security / facility management
Assisting with finance admin
Ordering stationary
The ideal candidate will have:
Office management or EA experience
Experience with proposals, tenders or bids.
Construction, Property, Design or Engineering industry preferred
Excellent communication, organisation & IT skills
Tech Savvy - Experience using Adobe InDesign advantageous but not essential
Ability to work autonomously & as part of a team
Strong commercial acumen
Strong administration skills
Excellent organisation skills
Strong with systems and processes
Requirements:
Australian Citizen / Permanent Resident
Available for full time work
This is a full time permanent position to be based from the Office. Flexible hours & parking can be offered, however we are seeking someone available to work in the office 5 days per week.
