About the role

Kallara Care', a leading provider of disability support services, is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Attendant and Laundry Attendant to join our team in Bendigo, VIC. This part-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

What you'll be doing

Providing personalised care and support to our aged and disabled clients, including assistance with daily living activities and personal hygiene

Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our client's living spaces and shared facilities

Handling and processing client laundry with care and attention to detail

Contributing to a positive and supportive environment for our clients

Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and industry regulations

What we're looking for

Relevant experience in the aged care or disability support sector

A caring, empathetic, and patient approach when working with our vulnerable clients

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team

Commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment

Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or Community Services

About us
Kallara Care is a Supported Residential Service located in Bendigo.

We have a position for a PCA that is interested in becoming a part of our team and learn numerous positions within our organisation to become an all rounder. The role requires attention to detail, organisation, understanding of client care needs. Training will be provided to the successful candidate.

The position is permanent part time combination of 7:00am - 2:30pm and 2:00pm to 8:00pm shifts.

Successful candidate will have a passion for helping people from all walks of life, hard working and reliable with a fun and friendly persona.
