About the role:

The Salesforce Developer within the ICT Systems Reform, Digital Platforms, will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and support of Salesforce-based solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring that the Salesforce platform meets the department's evolving needs while maintaining high-quality standards and alignment with broader ICT strategies. You will contribute to the successful implementation and ongoing management of Salesforce solutions, including enhancements, troubleshooting, and optimisation. Your efforts will support the department's mission to deliver seamless, innovative services across educational environments, fostering collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Essential:

Certified Salesforce Administrator

Certified Omnistudio Developer

Certified Platform Developer 1

Desirable: Degree or other qualification in information technology/business or relevant industry.

Special conditions:

The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.

The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration:

ASO7 $108,109 - 116,864 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading
