About the role

We are seeking a talented Mobile Speech Pathologist to join our team at Northern Beaches Mobile Speech Pathology, based in the Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore of Sydney, NSW. In this full-time or part-time role, you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality speech therapy services to clients in their homes and within the community.

What you'll be doing

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for clients of all ages

Develop and implement individualised therapy plans to address clients' communication and swallowing needs

Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions in clients' homes and community settings

Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care

Maintain thorough and accurate client documentation, including reports and progress notes

Actively participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices

What we're looking for

Minimum of 1 years' experience as a qualified Speech Pathologist, preferably working with a paediatric or mixed caseload.

Demonstrated skills in conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments

Ability to develop and implement effective, evidence-based therapy plans

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with families and other professionals

Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage a mobile caseload

Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with communication and swallowing difficulties

Current full registration with the Speech Pathology Australia and a valid driver's licence
