Are you fresh out of uni or looking to get your foot in the door of the marketing world? Are you full of creative ideas, obsessed with social media, and keen to make your mark on a fun, youth-focused brand? Ultimate Travel is on the hunt for a Junior Marketing Assistant to join our growing team!

This is an entry-level role— no previous marketing experience required—but we’re looking for someone with passion, initiative, and a sharp eye for what grabs attention online. You’ll work alongside our Marketing and Operations team to help grow the Ultimate Travel community, engage our 18–35s audience, and build hype across social platforms and campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

Create and source content for social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and more

Help build awareness for new and existing travel products

Contribute fun, fresh ideas to boost engagement across TikTok, Instagram & beyond

Assist in managing our online community – keeping the vibe alive in comments, DMs, and posts

Support the design and scheduling of campaigns across digital platforms

Bring new energy and creativity to how we communicate with young travellers

About You:

You’re a recent graduate, or just starting your marketing career

You love writing, storytelling, and social media

You’re full of ideas, confident to share them, and keen to learn

You know what content stops the scroll (and what doesn’t)

You have an eye for what’s trending, especially among young travellers

Bonus if you’ve used tools like, Adobe Suite, Canva, TikTok editing, or email platforms—but not required!
