We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely cares about helping people and their pets. You'll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a smooth and friendly experience—whether they're calling to place an order, needing help with product selection, or resolving a delivery issue.
What You’ll Do:

Take phone and email orders and assist with product inquiries

Resolve customer issues with care, accuracy, and empathy

Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to follow up on product or order-related questions

Create clear, helpful, and well-written email correspondence

Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a supportive team

Maintain accurate records and attention to detail across all tasks

Help improve and structure systems to support our growing business

What We’re Looking For:

A genuine love for animals and a solid understanding of pet products

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Confident computer skills and experience working with online systems

Strong attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving

Ability to manage workload independently and also contribute as a reliable team member

A calm and compassionate approach to customer care
