The Ready Towing Group established since the 1980’s, is the leading and largest provider of emergency roadside assistant and specialist towing and transport solutions in Queensland. The group provides towing, transport, storage and impound services to customers including, State and Local Government Bodies, Law Enforcement, Insurance Groups, a diverse range of national and international companies, automotive clubs, and breakdown services.

We have permanent positions available for Call Centre Operators. Based in our Pinkenba Head Office, we offer a friendly team environment with the opportunity for advancement.

This role serves as a critical point within our company, you will be responsible for being the voice of the company! Providing exceptional customer service, you will ensure a timely response to customer queries and the booking and job data entry into software system Tow Manager. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but aren’t limited to:

  • Liaising with the in-house dispatching team, through various methods to ensure that all customer queries, requests and jobs are handled correctly and in an efficient manner.
  • Liaising with QPS, TMR and insurance/roadside companies efficiently
  • Providing general administrative support to the office environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call centre environment.

To be a successful applicant for this role you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in the transport or logistics environment. (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Brisbane suburbs and surrounds. (preferred).
  • Possess outstanding communication, both verbally and written
  • A positive and energetic approach to your work.
  • The ability to work in a face paced team environment.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Possess efficient time management skills.
  • A desire to learn and take on feedback.
  • The ability to work a rotating roster, including some weekend work and night work.
