Join a dynamic and supportive team at a top-tier gold mining site!

The site administrator will work closely with the wider administration and accounts team to ensure efficiency in the day to day operations as well as ongoing projects.

Key duties include:

• Coordinating travel, accommodation, and mobilisation for various projects.
• Managing all aspects of mobilisation and compliance, such as verifying qualifications, visa/working rights, updating rosters, booking flights, and creating profiles and schedules in project management systems.
• Booking and arranging inductions and training for new and current employees.
• Communicating with new staff to ensure they meet onboarding requirements and following up on outstanding items.
• Assisting with the onboarding process by guiding candidates through necessary paperwork and compliance.
• Ensuring site access requirements are met for employees to commence work.
• Liaising with labour hire companies for onboarding new starters.
• Ordering IT equipment as required, with approval from the P&C Business Partner.

Key factors required:

• INX experience
• Strong experience in using SAP, InFlight, and InControl systems.
• Experience in coordinating charter flights and managing loading manifests.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar mine-based role.
• Good use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Must have valid and current 'C' class manual WA driver's licence.

This is a FIFO role with 14 days on and 7 days off
