CNC Wheels is on the lookout for a Skilled Spray Painter to join our fast-paced team in Lansvale, Sydney. We specialise in high-quality alloy wheels and automotive services and are looking for someone with the right experience and attention to detail to match our standards.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
Location: 3 Kurrara St, Lansvale, Sydney 2166

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare alloy wheels for paint application, including sanding, masking, cleaning, and surface correction

Mix and match paint colours to achieve accurate finishes using automotive-grade paints

Apply primer, basecoat, and clear coat with precision using spray guns and booth systems

Perform touch-ups and refinishing on painted surfaces where required

Ensure high-quality finishes on all painted wheels, free from runs, orange peel, or defects

Inspect all work for quality control and rework if necessary

Maintain spray booth and painting tools in clean, operational condition

Requirements:

Proven experience in automotive spray painting (preferably alloy wheels or similar small panels)

Strong understanding of paint mixing ratios and colour matching techniques

Skilled in surface preparation and defect correction (sanding, filler work, masking)

Ability to work independently and produce consistently high-quality results

Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

Reliable and punctual, with a solid work ethic
