Are you a dynamic and experienced operations leader ready to make a real impact? We are seeking a Head of Operations to lead the warehousing and distribution function of a prominent entertainment and media organisation based in Moss Vale. This is a full-time, salaried role reporting to the General Manager of Distribution, with broad responsibility for end-to-end logistics, supply chain optimisation, and team leadership.

The Role
As Head of Operations, you will lead the daily execution of warehousing, and logistics strategy. Your focus will be on:

• Driving operational excellence across all warehousing and distribution activities
• Leading and mentoring a high-performing operations team
• Delivering cost efficiencies while maintaining exceptional service levels
• Spearheading major transformation and technology implementation projects
• Championing a safety-first culture

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement warehouse and distribution strategies aligned with business goal.
• Lead and inspire your team, fostering a collaborative and high-morale environment
• Manage third-party logistics providers and key vendor relationships
• Implement advanced warehouse management systems and process improvements
• Monitor performance against key KPIs and operational budgets
• Drive change management initiatives across operations

About You:

• Proven experience leading large-scale warehouse or distribution operations.
• Demonstrated success in managing large teams and driving operational improvement
• Experienced in transformation projects and implementing warehouse technologies
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• Degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field (postgraduate qualifications preferred but not essential)
• Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management systems
