Role Summary

Pinot & Picasso is offering a new and exciting opportunity for a Head of Marketing to be instrumental in growth of the P&P brand in AU, NZ & the UK. We're looking for a data-driven, brand story teller who is ready to drive impact in the Creative-Entertainment space and make this new role their own.

We require an individual who believes in driving home brand values through effective story telling, the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that mentality is carried throughout the organisation.

Working closely with the Founders of the Brand, the dream candidate will be given the autonomy to make their mark strategically, lead an excited and hungry team to inspire creativity with P&P brand across ANZ, the UK & in new markets internationally.

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for driving brand storytelling, marketing operations, data-driven strategy, and partnerships. This role will lead marketing efforts by overseeing agency collaboration, ensuring performance-driven decision-making, and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Creative Leadership

Own and refine brand positioning, tone of voice, and messaging.

Ensure a consistent brand story across paid, organic, email, and partnerships.

Guide agencies on creative execution to maintain brand integrity.

Optimise and enforce brand guidelines.

Oversee the execution of content first, high-impact brand campaigns.

Communicate Strategy effectively across HQ & the Franchise Network.

Marketing Operations & Agency Co-ordination

Act as the primary point of contact for all marketing agencies.

Set KPIs, objectives, and performance expectations internally and for each agency.

Organise weekly/monthly meetings to ensure cross-agency alignment.

Streamline workflows and processes to prevent inefficiencies.

Oversee budget allocation across content, performance, email, SEO, and website teams.

Data & Performance Analytics

Consolidate and analyse marketing performance across paid ads, SEO, email and content.

Drive data-informed decisions to optimise budget allocations.

Track customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value (LTV) metrics.

Work closely with performance marketing teams to refine targeting strategies.

Ensure agencies leverage analytics to enhance messaging and audience segmentation.

Identify Strategy Partnership

Identify and manage strategic partnerships (influencers, corporate deals, event sponsors).

Oversee local activations, sponsorships, and community-driven marketing.

Develop co-branded campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Work with agencies to amplify partnership efforts across digital and email.

Track and optimise partnership performance based on key success metrics.

Enhancing Product Flywheel

Identify market opportunities to drive engagement with new and returning customers.

Gather feedback from stakeholders within the brand to enhance offerings.

Work with a team of trusted creative partners to bring opportunities to life.

Optimise creative rollout across the group.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years in brand strategy, marketing leadership, and agency coordination.

Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and performance analysis.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and marketing channels effectively.

Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills.

Experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, and community activations.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
