About the role:
As part of an already large, existing legal team you will report to the Manager of Legal Services with a work mix that will include:

• contract advice and drafting across procurement and technology related agreements including data sharing, SaaS, hardware and cloud storage;
• data and privacy related legal work;
• intellectual property protection matters;
• other associated commercial legal work; and
• assist in the development of organisational training and staff development.

Skills/Experience:
To be considered for this role you will have:

• 4+ years PAE demonstrated intellectual property, privacy, data and commercial law experience;
• strong communication skills as well as attention to detail;
• excellent stakeholder and client experience with a highly commercial, pragmatic approach.
