We are looking for Multiple Customer Contact Officers for a 12-month contract within State Government.
Are you a passionate, customer-centric professional who excels in high-pressure situations and can commit to working weekdays, evenings, and weekends in the south-east? Worked in retail, hospitality or a fast-paced contact centre? We want to hear from you!
Hours: Minimum 20 Hours per week (with potential for additional hours)
Type: Part-Time, Shift Work | Hybrid | On-site training with ongoing flexibility
Rate: $38.14 + Super | Shift worker penalty rates apply
Duration: 12 months contract
Training Requirements: Must be available for full-time hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, for in-person training across 4-6 weeks starting on 21st July 2025.
You will be responsible for:
- Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone, responding to enquiries and providing additional support across email and website cases.
- Log and prioritise jobs, ensuring timely dispatch to maintenance contractors.
- Provide after-hours support to external business clients, including phone calls, alarm monitoring, escalation of alarms, and job dispatching.
- Communicate promptly with customers impacted by water service interruptions, including emergency water shut-offs, to minimise the impact of service interruptions.
- Demonstrate strong learning agility to cross-skill in customer account enquiries.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- High level of customer service and experience in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills and typing speed with high accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport and establish professional relationships.

- High level of availability and willingness to work across varying shifts/hours.
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
