💼 About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Centre Coordinator to work in a job-share arrangement, collaboratively managing the day-to-day operations of our service. This role is ideal for an experienced leader who values flexibility, teamwork, and a community-centred philosophy.

As Coordinator, you’ll help lead a team of educators who encourage children to become active participants in their learning and to develop self-confidence, a strong sense of belonging, and positive connections to their cohort and community.

👶 Key Responsibilities:

Co-lead and support a team of passionate early childhood educators

Share accountability for the operational, educational, and compliance responsibilities of the centre

Foster strong relationships with children, families, staff, and the broader Ganeinu community

Champion inclusive practices that reflect our Jewish values and educational philosophy

Support a reflective culture focused on continuous improvement and professional growth

✅ About You:

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

2+ years’ experience in a leadership or coordination role within early childhood

Ability to work collaboratively in a job-share capacity

Strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and child-centred pedagogies

Organised, nurturing, and committed to excellence in early education

Willingness to act as a Nominated Supervisor
