WHO YOU ARE

A highly skilled, creative executor with a deep understanding of what makes social media ads perform. You bridge creativity with performance metrics effortlessly, crafting and directing content that hooks, engages, and converts. Your less interested in managing teams at the moment and more interested in collaborating and executing high performing ads with other highly skilled colleagues!

You’re obsessed with data but inspired by creativity. Comfortable in front of the camera yourself, yet equally adept at directing UGC creators, editors, and freelancers. Your idea of success isn't just good-looking ads; it’s ads that deliver powerful performance.

Above all, you use truth as your north star for decision making and leave your ego at the door ensuring an empowering and fun workplace for all.

THE ROLE

Conceptualise, produce, and optimise high-performing social media ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and beyond.

Use performance data (CTR, Thumbstop, CPA, ROAS) to continually refine creative strategies.

Liaise directly with UGC creators, video editors, and freelance creatives to scale your ideas.

Collaborate closely with our marketing team and founder, ensuring creative output aligns with growth goals.

Analyse what's working (and what's not) across multiple accounts—pivot fast and win consistently.

Trend Spotting & Inspiration – Stay ahead of industry trends and spot what’s working across relevant brands.

Media Management – Maintain an organised system for managing media files.

WHAT YOU BRING

4+ years experience in a creative strategy or social advertising role within high-performance eCommerce/D2C environments.

Proven track record of creating scroll-stopping ads that genuinely drive performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR).

Deep understanding of social media analytics—able to translate data insights directly into actionable creative improvements.

A desire for autonomy and accountability; you thrive when trusted to deliver.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when directing external creatives.

Comfortable and confident performing on-camera content yourself.
