THE COMPANY

We’re working with a well-established and rapidly growing NSW irrigation business with over 75 employees that delivers innovative Irrigation solutions for both residential and commercial projects.

With a proven track record in irrigation, pumping, plumbing, filtration, water treatment, water harvesting, stormwater improvement, turf drainage, and turf renovation.

This company is trusted by councils, tier 1 builders, and private clients across NSW with projects typically valued at $1m - $2m, with others reaching $10mil!

THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is looking for a proven Senior Estimator with Irrigation construction experience who is keen to join a thriving and growing Estimating team.

This role will give you the opportunity to manage a team of Estimators, while also managing bid documentation for upcoming tenders. You will have a direct influence on the future growth of the business, as you will be heavily involved in business development and building relationships with clients.

You will be able to work closely with the Directors on a daily basis, which is a unique proposition in itself!

YOUR NEW ROLE

• Price and tender varied projects across NSW
• Business development
• Client liaison
• Manage a team of Estimators
• Coordinate and participate in tender reviews
• Estimate using in-house software (Buildsoft, Benchmark etc)

AND NOW FOR THEIR REQUIREMENTS..

• Certificate III in Irrigation Technology (preferable)
• Tertiary qualification in a construction-related field (considered)
• Strong knowledge of civil and/or landscaping
• Computer skills
• Willingness to adapt and learn
