You will be supporting a Partner and assisting a Senior Paralegal, you will be kept busy in demanding Paralegal role involving billable client work. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Handling company registrations, corporate filings, and maintenance of statutory registers.
• Drafting documentation to support changes to company structures and corporate governance.
• Supporting transactional matters, including due diligence and preparation of completion documents.
• Ensuring compliance with corporate regulations and liaising with regulatory bodies.
• Conducting legal audits and providing corporate support across multiple jurisdictions.

Do you have the following skillset?
To be successful in this role, you will bring over 3 years of experience in a law or professional services environment. You will have a strong exposure to corporate matters. You will be a confident, resourceful professional with a proactive mindset and a natural ability to adapt and learn quickly. Your resilience and composure under pressure allow you to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments, consistently meeting deadlines without compromising on accuracy or quality. With a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, you take pride in delivering work to the highest standard.
