Complete Smilecare is an established family dental practice in Windsor and we are looking for a Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our friendly, dedicated and caring team focused on exceptional patient care.

The Position:

Permanent full time.

Position involves being able to switch between dental assisting and receptionist role with other staff members on a day to day basis.

Available to work Mon- Fri 8.00-5.00 and Sat 7.30-12 (fortnightly)

Key Responsibilities

Receptionist:

Welcoming patient and visitors and providing excellent customer care and rapport with patients

Answering phone

Appointment book management

Processing of payments and invoicing

Processing recalls and accounts

General filing and administrative tasks

Ordering of supplies and laboratory work

Dental Assisting

Chairside assisting

Ensure a clean and organised treatment rooms

Processing and Sterilisation of instruments

Strict adherence to infection control guidelines

Stock control

General cleaning duties

Skills and Experience

Experience as dental assistant or certificate III in dental assisting is preferred. Willing to train candidates with strong customer service or receptionist experience.

Individual must be organised and has strong attention to details.

Possess excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional manner at all times.

Ability to confidently use Window based software (experience with D4W is highly regarded).

Willingness to learn.

Punctual, reliable and honest.
