About the role

Dental Serenity is seeking a passionate Dental Assistant to join us in our thriving practice. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dental professionals and ensuring exceptional patient care. Whilst we'd love someone who is experienced, we're also happy to train the right individual. The role will be full-time 38 hours per week, 4 days per week.

What you'll be doing

Assisting chair-side with our dentists during appointments

Setting up and cleaning the surgeries before and after appointments

Taking clinical notes / charting

Processing instruments

Cleaning and maintaining the professional appearance of the practice

Answering phone calls and making appointments if required

Fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere and delivering outstanding customer service to all patients

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, preferably in a clinical setting (preferred but not essential)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional patient care

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in using dental software and technology (preferred but not essential)

A genuine passion for the dental industry and a commitment to continuous learning

An enthusiastic can-do attitude
