In this role, you will support the Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FFE) Project through expert clinical analysis and direction in the development and management of procurement and supply arrangements.

What you'll do

  • Work strategically with key clinical and business stakeholders to develop procurement documentation, materials, and presentations.
  • Actively participate in the development and management of project activities ensuring the output supports best clinical practice, patient safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide expert clinical advice, direction and support in the development and management of procurement processes across all the project streams.
  • Ensure procurement activities are aligned to relevant regulatory standards supporting clinical practice across all the project streams.
  • Strategically develop and maintain strong professional partnerships with the broad stakeholder group including clinical stakeholders, often with competing views, through liaison, consultation, influence, and negotiation that promotes co-operation and positive outcomes and actions.

About you

We are searching for someone with:

  • Demonstrated ability to apply clinical experience to identify and drive process improvement and enact change within a complex health environment.
  • Proven high-level conceptual, analytical, technical and innovative problem-solving skills that result in sustainable, flexible, responsive and client focused clinically sound solutions.
  • Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills to provide advice and guidance to stakeholders and management including the preparation of high quality and accurate reports and documentation on performance and trends.
