About the role

An Executive Officer working within the Agriculture and Water business unit will:

• Provide high-level quality secretarial support.
• Maintain quality control over Ministerial and other confidential correspondence.
• Research and co-ordinate background notes, responses to requests for information and briefings.
• Assist with financial reconciliations, preparation and maintenance of Business Unit records.
• Liaise with the Government Departments, private organisations, senior departmental staff and the general public.

• Experienced in providing confidential executive services.
• An excellent communicator with interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
