About the role

Radar Glazing Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Aluminum Window Fabricator / Factory Manager to join our team in our Wangara, WA 6065 location. This is a full-time position that will involve the fabrication and installation of high-quality commercial aluminum windows and doors.

What you'll be doing

Accurately measure, cut, and assemble aluminum window and door frames according to specifications

Operate power tools and machinery to fabricate window and door components

Prepare and install window and door units on-site, ensuring proper fit and function

Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of workshop equipment and tools

Work collaboratively with the installation team to deliver projects on time and to the highest standard

Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the fabrication or installation process

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Aluminum Window Fabricator or similar role

Strong technical skills and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Proficient in the use of power tools and machinery used in the fabrication of aluminum windows and doors

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow safety protocols
