About the role:

Responsibilities:

Measuring and Cutting Materials: Using precision tools to measure and cut aluminium materials.

Assembling: Assembling, and finishing aluminium products.

Quality Inspection: Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy.

Team Collaboration: Working closely with team members to meet project requirements.

Skills and Experience:

Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading cutting sheets, cutting, and shaping aluminium. Knowledge of Alspec and Capral fabrication techniques/profiles.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and accuracy in work. When unsupervised the applicant must be able to maintain existing job timelines with the same eye for detail and accuracy.

Teamwork: Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Maintain a neat working area at all times.

MUST have a High Regard for Safety

Experience: Proven experience as an aluminium fabricator or in a similar role. With a focus on windows, doors, fly screens and security screens.

Reliable and Punctual

Work Environment:

Typically work in a factory or workshop setting.

Use various machines and tools to fabricate aluminium products.

All tooling and hand tools supplied

Minimum of 38 hours a week Fulltime Work with Entitlements. Job reviews 6 - 12 monthly, enable open communication regarding continuous learning.
