About the Role:
You'll oversee a skilled electrical maintenance team to ensure plant and ancillary equipment operate efficiently. Working closely with the Process and Mechanical Supervisors, you'll drive productivity, safety, and continuous improvement across the operation.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 7-9 electrical personnel in maintaining fixed plant equipment
• Develop and enforce safe work procedures in line with OHS&E standards
• Contribute to operational targets through efficient resource use and planning

What You'll Need:

• Minimum 2 years of mine site leadership experience, or Leading Hand experience and ready to step up.
• Electrical Trade Qualification & current WA C-Class Driver's Licence
• Sound knowledge of fixed plant equipment and computer systems (Pronto, MS Office)
• Police clearance (required)
