The Company:
ISLE ORGANIC is an established leader in the “better-for-you” beverage space. This Sydney based brand is in rapid growth mode and currently recruiting for their business critical NSW territory. With a proven range and exciting new products rolling out for summer, this organization is poised for significant expansion in the year ahead.
About the role:
You will be joining a highly motivated and experienced team on a mission to deliver consumers the purest drinks on the shelf. Working closely with your NSW distribution partners, the role will see you selling into an existing customer base, securing ranging for the brands expanding portfolio.
Your role will also have exposure to corporate retail. Your cycle will include Coles, 7eleven, Woolworths Metro, Costco and David Jones to ensure your head office managed customer networks are humming.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Driver: Build on a successful customer base, working with your distribution team to lock in new ranging, open new doors and drive growth.
Promotional Execution: Ensure national promotional programs across key accounts within your territory are compliant, stocked to the walls and off located where possible.
Expansion: Unleash your natural born negotiation skills to sell in and secure incremental space for new and existing product offers.
New Opportunities: Drive your territory results to the next level by uncovering in-store and new-store opportunities for expansion.

Candidate Profile:
Experience: To be successful in the role you will need a minimum of 2 – 3 years sales experience preferably in an FMCG sales environment.
Proven: You will have track record of delivering wins against structured KPI's and/or cycle objectives.
Proactive: You will be motivated, energetic, determined to succeed and advance your career.
Skills: Excellent relationship skills, well-honed negotiation skills, commercially savvy and the ability to go above and beyond to get ahead.
