Jennchem Australia is looking to expand their team at the Mackay Branch to support the rapid growth of our QLD operations and the future expansion of our operations nationally.

About The Role:

An exciting role for an energetic HSEQ professional has emerged due to the rapid growth of our QLD and National Operations

As the HSEQ Coordinator you will play an integral role in supporting our warehouse and operations teams and advising and assisting our Local and National Management

Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Collaboration with HSE and Operations Leaders to assist in identifying hazards to ensure safe and healthy workplaces and surrounding environments
• Continuous maintenance and development of Local and Operations SHMS
• Recording, monitoring and briefing of hazards, incidents, actions and employee HSE reporting
• Coordination and facilitating of risk assessments, SWP reviews and safety briefings across all sites
• Maintaining relevance with the associated industry standards, acts and regulations
• Coordination of Quality Management activities, including audits

Minimum Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum of one years’ experience in a similar role
• Certificate IV in WHS
• RIIRIS402E G2 - Carry out the Risk Management Process
• Intermediate level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint + Outlook

• Working on a Minesite (underground mine preferable)
