FutureYou seeking an experienced Payroll Manager for an immediate start on a 6–10 week ongoing casual contract.

You will manage payroll for approximately 500 employees across two entities, using ADP Payforce (in-house, not outsourced). This role offers flexibility to work from Melbourne or remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing on a fortnightly basis using ADP Payforce
• Ensure accurate and timely payments for approximately 500 employees
• Support End of Financial Year (EOFY) remuneration review
• Supervise and support a small payroll team
• Report directly to the National Finance Manager
• Maintain compliance and confidentiality at all times

About You

• Proven experience as a Payroll Manager (ideally with ADP Payforce experience)
• Ability to start immediately and work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible environment
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Experience managing payroll of around 500+ employees
• Able to work collaboratively with local and remote team members
