About the Role

This role sits within a complex environment and offers an excellent opportunity to work across multiple instruments, support compliance projects, and enhance payroll processes.

Duties:

* Interpreting multiple EBAs, modern awards, and employment instruments
* Supporting payroll remediation and compliance reviews
* Assisting in payroll system audits, configuration, and process enhancements
* Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll discrepancies
* Collaborating with Payroll Managers and Systems Analysts on continuous improvement initiatives
* Supporting internal testing, documentation, and training for payroll systems and changes

Skills and Experience

* Strong knowledge of IR frameworks and multiple award interpretation
* Proven experience in senior payroll or payroll analyst roles
* Exposure to remediation or compliance-driven payroll work
* Ability to work with various payroll systems (Chris21, SAP, Preceda, Workday, etc.)
* High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Curious mindset with a proactive and eager approach to learning
