About the role
An exciting opportunity for an Office All Rounder / Team Support to join a growing construction company. This full-time role will see you providing crucial support across all departments. What you'll be doing
Offering a friendly and professional point of contact for both internal staff and external clients
Maintaining office supplies and equipment, and liaising with suppliers as needed
Assisting with event planning and project handovers
Assisting with creation of marketing materials and social posts
Assisting the interior design department as required
Supporting the wider team with any ad hoc tasks as required
What we're looking for
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful demeanour
Proficiency in MS Office suite, with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data
A flexible and adaptable approach, with the willingness to take on a variety of tasks
