The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team, delivering integrated workplace health solutions that make a real difference. What sets us apart is our unique ability to combine proactive health coaching with clinical expertise—delivering not just treatment, but lasting behavioural change and injury prevention strategies.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with clients across a variety of industrial settings, providing high-quality, evidence-based services focused on injury prevention, early intervention, rehabilitation, and health promotion. You will play a key role in supporting our clients’ workforce health and wellbeing through clinical assessment, education, and ongoing health coaching, while embedding a culture of prevention at the site level.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver onsite injury prevention and early intervention services.
Conduct Functional Capacity Evaluations, ergonomic and worksite assessments.
Refer clients for appropriate diagnostic imaging and specialist consultations as required.
Support Return-to-Work programs and liaise with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold compliance with clinical governance standards.
Provide musculoskeletal triage, first aid, and manual handling training.
Build strong professional relationships with site personnel, management teams, and other stakeholders.
Promote a proactive health and safety culture in the workplace.
Essential Criteria
Tertiary Qualifications as a Physiotherapist
Accreditation and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Ability to refer clients for diagnostic imaging and relevant clinical testing.
Training in musculoskeletal first aid, injury triage, and manual handling techniques.
Demonstrated skill in conducting Functional Capacity Evaluations, ergonomic and worksite assessments.
Sound knowledge of Return-to-Work processes and Tasmanian workers compensation legislation.
Proven experience in embedding health and injury prevention programs at the site level.
Strong understanding of clinical governance, compliance requirements and best practice protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individual across a wide range of occupational and organisational levels.
Mandatory Requirements
Current State Driver's License & Reliable Roadworthy Vehicle.
Must be willing to travel – Launceston & Northern Regional areas.
Access to own smart devices.
Ability to work on -site.
