Choose the work style that suits you:
Contractor:

• $75/hr for new grads
• $100/hr + Super for experienced clinicians
• Focus purely on clinical work – simply submit a monthly timesheet
• Full access to PD and events

Employee:

• Starting salary from $78k + Super for new grads
• Up to $110k + Super for experienced therapists
• Includes PD allowance and structured development
• Clear internal career progression

Clinical support and leadership:

• Clinical Lead with 30 years’ experience
• Clinical Managers, all of whom started as therapists
• Strong mentorship and professional growth pathways

Locations:

• Roles available across NSW – client lists matched to your home location
