About the Role

As our new Speech Pathologist, you’ll work mainly with children to support their communication and swallowing goals. You’ll enjoy a varied caseload and the chance to make a meaningful impact every single day.

What You’ll Be Doing

Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy for speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders

Develop tailored treatment plans that meet each client’s unique needs

Keep clear and timely documentation, including progress notes and reports

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and fellow health professionals

Take part in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development

Stay up to date with the latest in speech pathology practices and research

What We’re Looking For

A degree in Speech Pathology (Bachelor or Master’s)

SPA membership or eligibility

At least 2 years’ experience (preferred, but we welcome strong new grads too!)

Excellent communication and rapport-building skills

Organised, self-motivated, and a great team player

Paediatric experience is a big plus

NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check

Passionate about continuous learning and delivering client-centred care
